  4. Grease the idli plates. Add baking soda and mix it properly. Immediately transfer the batter to idli plates.
  5. Steam for 8-10minutes on low to medium flame.let it cool for a while before demoulding it. Serve as breakfast or evening snack with coconut chuney.
