- Grind 2 green chilly, 4 garlic cloves, ginger1",1 tsp poppy seeds, 1/2 cup grated coconut. Into a paste
- Heat oil. Add 2 green cardamom, 1" cinnamon stick, 2 cloves. Fry for a few minutes. Then fry onion for few minutes. Peel the skin of the carrot and cut into cubes wash properly. Fry the carrot cover and fry for few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, grind paste. Mix…it well. Add water and boil till the carrot become tender.
- Add salt. Boil it till it become gravy. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilly. Suits for Puris and chappathis
