- Now heat ghee in a deep pan,flame should be high throughout cooking process,now with the help of paddle pour the batter from a height into the pan and with the help of rolling pin make a center hold in the batter and once first paddle batter sticks on the edges pour another batter with paddle,this way repeat the process to make ghevar of desired thickness
- For chasni :add sugar and water in pan and make chasni by dissolving the sugar,make chasni sticky but not one or two thread (because if it’s thick ghevar won’t absorb it)
- Pour the chasni on ghevar for six to seven times and keep it at room temperature for resting at least five to six hours do that it soak the syrup
- Tip :it can be served as it is or cans be topped with rabdi
