  3. Stir almond mixture for 15-30 mins. Until all the liquid is dried up.
  4. When almond mixture is dried and sugar is crystallized remove from heat. And pour on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Move around the almonds to make sure none are sticking. Wait at least 5-10mins to cool.
