- Remove the upper butter paper. Sprinkle crushed cashews and pistachios. Press with rolling pin slowly.
- Start rolling stuffed mawa chapatti from one end to another. Cover this roll with butter paper and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Take out from refrigerator. Remove the butter paper. Cut the roll in slices. Yellow Kesar Cashew rolls are ready.
