- Pre-soak the dal and boil it. Clean the leaves. Now take the mitthi ka diya and place it on the gas oven where you are cooking so that it gets heated up. Now in a khadi add ghee then add 1 tbsp of the whole jeera, a pinch of hing, roughly chopped garlic, and the green chiles. Saute it.
- Then add all the green leaves. Saute it. Add water. Then add boiled dal, add turmeric and red Chile powder. Mix them well. Add salt to taste. Now in the mitti ka diya which has becomes hot now add ghee, hing and whole jeera.
- Then add the diya with the tadka in the kadai. Let it boil for 2-3 mins. I have served it with paratha and chutney
