Make the Fufu: Boil water then reduce heat and stir in farina (or yam or garri) flour. Shape into a big ball for each person. Wash the okra, slice it and put it in a dish and pound it and add a small cup of water and mix it with a spoon. Slice the fish and wash also ground the garlic and the egussi.
