  1. To make the dough, mix dry yeast with warm water and sugar. Lightly mix with spoon. Within 5 minutes the water will be floppy.
  2. Mix Buckwheat flour,salt, oil and masalas to make bread crumbs like.
  3. Add the floppy yeast to it gradually and mix with wooden spatula. - - Then start mixing maida little by little and make the dough with your hand.
