  3. Now, wash these and put them in a pressure cooker with water and 1 tsp salt. After 2-3 whistles it cool.
  4. Make the simple batter for besan baris or pakoras using water besan and salt, pepper.
  5. Now in a pan add oil, to it add, two bay leaves, ginger paste and green chillies slited.
  6. Add in the peeled and four halves potatoes. Add the salt, 1/4 tsp.when the potatoes are softened add the boiled flowers, without the water. Then add in the turmeric, amchur, and half of the bhaja masala or garam masala.
  7. Now, grate the 1/2 Coconut, and add it too. Check salt.Sauté 3 mins. Add in the pakoras/ baris and cover and cook at low flame till everything leaves a pleasant aroma.
  8. In the end, add the left, garam masala/ bhaja masala, and some more grated coconut and top it off with coriander leaves.
  9. This will go with, any rice but will make a heavenly pair with gobindo bhog rice. This might look a lil bit odd but tastes really good! Also it's a great option for ppl who don't eat onion and garlic on particular days or so.

It is a perfect combination of rice & roti. Pour in green pepper, poppy-seed paste, part of coconut milk and panch phoron. Fry them dry with all spices.
