- Now cut mushrooms into halves and boil them in hot water until one boil…and also boil green choliya and drain out
- Now take a kadhai,,add ghee or oil..add jeera and dhania powder..add the grinded paste,,and cook for 2 min..now add diced onions and cook until oil releases..now add all dry spices
- Now add fresh malai and mix well
- Add water acc to your consistency….and add blanched mushrooms and choliya
- Now cook on high flame until it boils…and now slow down the flame and cook for 15 min…it's ready…serve with tandoori onion paratha or rice or roti..enjoy
