  2. Take a pan add oil or ghee,,add jeera and all sukhe masale add boiled matar and mashed potatoes…and mix well and cook for 2 mins so that all masala gets mixed well with aloo and matar…add some paneer cubes
  3. Now roll out the dough and make small balls and roll out..cut it into half…and now from 1 part make samosa shape fill it with filling and seal by applying water…now make all the samosas…
  4. Take a kadhai add oil and heat on high flame…when it gets heated,medium the flame…and after 2 min add samosas for frying…and fry on medium flame until gets crisps…
  5. Now enjoy with sauce,chutney or chai
