Steps to make Khasta Kachori:
  1. In a bowl add all-purpose flour,add ghee,add salt
  2. Add cumin seeds,add kasuri methi and add a little water
  3. Knead these ingredients into a firm dough.now keep aside.take a muddler add fennel seeds
  4. Add coriander seeds,add black pepper in a muddler and prepare coarsely powder of it.
  5. Now kachori masala powder is ready.In a pan add oil,add Cumin seeds,and kalonji
  6. Add garam masala,add green chilli,add kachori masala powder
  7. Mix it well.now add chopped onion,add salt
  8. Add red chilli powder,add amchur powder mix it well.
  9. Now add gram flour,add kasuri methi mix it well.stuffing is ready.now roll the dough into a small roti
  10. And apply the ghee over the roti and fold well and again apply ghee and again fold well
  11. Now parcel is ready like this,
  12. Now again roll the dough in a square shape and now place 1 tsp of filling in the center of the roti.pull out one side edge and paste it over second side.
  13. Now same process again other side.and now cover all edges.ensuring the filling does not come out.
  14. Like this,potli is ready.now heat oil in a deep frying kadai on medium flame.
  15. Fry the prepared kachoris until golden brown on both sides and puffed up.remove and drain excess oil.khasta kachori is ready to serve with chutney.
