- brown ground beef..then drain excess oil
- in a large pot add ground beef, french onion soup, celery, onion, bell pepper garlic and black pepper. cook everything and leave to simmer for five mins.
- tranfer everthing from the pot to a large crockpot and add ; everthing else and let the crockpot set and simmer for about 3 hours.
