  1. Firstly take onions and peel them..now upar se 4 cut lgao to make a flowe like..taki usme masala fill aram se kia ja sake..dont cut full onions..just chira lgana hai bharva baigan..

  3. Now take a non stick pan,,add oil now put all bharva onions into the pan…and cover it and cook for 5 mins on low flame..
  4. Now after 5 min just turn around the onions and cook from other side for also 5 min..now on dis stage add 4 tsp water and cover it and cook for another 5 min…
  5. Now check if it's made or water evaporates…and oil releases….ur tangy and spicy flower onions are ready…u can serve it with paratha,roti or dal rice…
