Steps to make Chanapoori halwa:
- Take a kadahi add ghee in it add suji and fry until it becomes golden brown
- At the same time in another pan dissolve the sugar in the water over low heat and keep on simmer till required
- When the suji is light brown add chopped dry fruits and sugar syrup and bring to a boil then simmer till the Water absorbed now halwa is ready your garnish with grated coconut and dry fruits
- Wash the chana properly and soak them in water for over night
- Next day pour the chanain a pressure cooker along with the water and salt boil it in pressure cooker for about 5-6whistles
- Take a pan add ghee add cumin seeds and let the cumin get tempered in hot oil
- Add red chilli, turmeric powder, corrinder powder,and salt mix well keep the chana on gas and heat it
- So that the water dries put the tadka in boiled chanaand now simmer it 10 minutes till chanaabsorb
- Knead the wheat flour, ajwain, oil and salt with water to from a thick dough
- Make small balls and roll them into poori
- Heat oil in a pan deep fry the pooris until it becomes golden brown from both sides
- Serve halwa poori and chanatogether
