  17. Prepare Some chopped coriander leaves

Stir in the turmeric powder, peanuts, salt and sugar. Poha and peanuts presents an awesome crispy combination of flattened and roasted rice flakes or poha with fried peanuts, dried nuts and masalas. Instructions to make Peanut poha:
  1. First, wash the poha in a stainer in running water and keep aside on a bartan so that drain excess water.
  2. Now, take a kadhai and add oil to heat,add mustard seeds,curry leaves hing and then fry the peanuts.
  3. Assemble the veggies in plate.now add onion and saute until light brown.then add all veggies and spices.
  4. When veggies cooked add tomato mix well, then add poha and sugar mix properly for 1-2 minutes. Mix lemon juice. Serve and enjoy colourful poha.
