- Then make a coarse paste of dry masala, in a Kadai put oil when heating put these masalas, stir for 2 minutes, then add bhindi with masala, then stir for few minutes and then add little curd and tomato puree.
- Then fry for 2 minutes and cover the kadhai by adding little water and garnish with little garam masala over it.
