- Heat a pan,add1tsp oil.Fry potato slices to golden.Take out.
- Add remaining oil to the pan,add cumin seeds.When crackled,add chopped onion and fry to golden.
- When onion is golden add shredded spinach and all powdered spices exept chilli flakes. Add ginger garlic paste also.Add potato and chopped tomato also.Add 1/2cup water and salt.Cover and cook for 6-7minutes on low flame.
- After 7 minutes,open the lid.Adjust the consistency of gravy.Add chopped coriander leaves.Mix.Put off flame.
- Palak curry is ready to be served.Dish out and garnish with chilli flakes.Serve with roti /rice.
