- Take the blanched broccoli in a mixing bowl…ensure that it does not contain much moisture,add the boiled and smashed potatoes,finely chopped onion,green chillies,coriander leaves,crushed or grated ginger garlic,add all the spices like cumin coriander,pepper,garam masala,lemon juice,salt,gram flour a little.You can also add cheese.. it's optional.Add two slices of crumpled bread to it…if you feel the need to add more depending on the moisture you can add more gradually…bind it properly.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them like patties.
- Keep the patties in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and put the patties and let it stay on slow heat…after some time flip them and cook on the other side too.On slow heat it will take a while to get the crispiness and colour.Cook till the desired colur is achieved.
- The patties are ready.Enjoy with any dip or sauce of your choice.
