  4. Check oil heat by dropping some batter, if it floats up then oil is heat. Now start preparing bajji's.
  5. Dip carom leaf in batter, coat batter to the leaf well. And drop it into oil, repeat the same to others.
  6. Fry the above both sides till it changes colour and cooked crispy. You will get very nice aroma.
  7. Take the above into plate or on tissue paper. Repeat the same process to the remaining.
