  5. Make ready 2 rashes of back bacon, chopped
  6. Prepare Leftover cooked rice, enough for 2 people
  7. Get 1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
  8. Get 2-3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions to make Rice and Sausage Meat Mix:
  1. Heat the olive oil over a high medium heat and then add in the sausage meat, chorizo and bacon. Reduce to a medium heat after 4-5 minutes. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Cook for a few minutes then add in the cavolo Nero.
  2. Continue cooking for another few minutes, then add the spring onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir well to mix all the ingredients together. Continue cooking until the rice it heated through.
  4. Add the sliced chilli and drizzle with extra soy sauce and serve.
