  8. Grate ginger into pan and stir well
  9. Once apples begin to soften, add stock and simmer 2-3 minutes until apples reach desired tenderness
  10. Add kielbasa and steamed Brussel sprouts to pan
  11. Remove from heat and add butter
  12. Stir until butter is melted
  13. Serve and add toasted sesame seeds to each serving
