  21. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  22. Make ready 4 Boiled potatoes
  23. Make ready 5 Cashew nuts
  24. Prepare 2 tsp Raisins
  25. Take 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped

  3. Now add peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,aamchur,garam masala,crushed peppercons,salt and saute on low flame till it turns aromatic.
  5. Add boiled potatoes and mix well while mashing slightly till it holds perfect texture……add cashew nuts,raisins and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  6. Now roll the dough into oval shape….cut it into half and give it shape of samosa.
  7. Fry it on low to medium flame.
  8. Samosa are ready to serve.
