  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil

  1. Wash arbi and pressure cook it for 1 or 2 whistles. - After 2 whistles. Then peel it and grind it.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain sprinkle then add green chilli paste saute them add salt mix well. Saute 30 seconds
  3. Add cut arbi mix well with a spatula. Fry 4 to 5 mins slow flme par. Turn off the flame. Garnish with with coriander leaves. Serve with poori, paratha and packed lunch box also.
