  2. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp mustard oil. Fry little the eggs and kept in a bowl
  3. Add 2 tbsp oil in the pan. After heating add onion paste,tomato puree and little after add ginger-garlic paste and Capsicum slice.fry it.
  4. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Add some water and mix all well.
  5. After few minutes eggs are added to it and cook it. Add garam masala
  6. Now it is ready to serve.
