- Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp hing or asafetida
- Get 1 tsp black pepper
- Prepare Optional alternative for corn flour is gram flour
- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions to make Gobhi 65π:
- First let prepare the gravy.roast in a pan after melting 2 tbsp of butter or oil roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic and green chilli
- Add diced onion and add all the spices and manchurian masala pouch to this.cook by adding little 1 cup water around until it thickened
- For gobhi 65 mixture take all-purpose flour and corn flour with all mentioned ingredients and spices together with flours gently.add some water and mix well to make thick mixture but little flowing so it could coat on florets
- Let's start coating the florets and deep fry them.fry 6 to 7 florets in once.deep fry at medium flame until looks golden.add all fried florets to gravy and mix gently.no need to cook
