Instructions to make Besan capsicum:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin and mustard seeds. When it will crackle add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till onions get translucent.
  2. Add the chopped capsicum and saute till capsicum gets soft. Add the salt, turmeric,chilli powder and mix.
  3. Now add the besan in it and stir it constantly for 5 seconds till besan turns golden brown. Don't cook it for long time after adding besan otherwise it will get burnt. Just stir it for few seconds.

It's a unique combination of chickpea flour and bell peppers, resulting. Capsicum Besan Sabji is a quick stir fry recipe that goes well with rice or roti. This is a favorite since my childhood.
