- Then add all spices and mix
- Then add boiled mashed potato
- At last add coriander leaves, let the filling cool down
- Now take a small portion of dough and roll it
- Then in the center add filling and close it properly so that while frying the filling doesn’t come out… you can roll it and give a shape of disc.
- Deep fry them on a low flame until golden brown
- Serve it hot with coriander sauce or tamarind chutney.
