- Roast Coriander Seeds, Button Red Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, and Ajwain on Medium Flame while stirring. (It will take 2-4 minutes)
- Now cool it. After being completely cooled Grind it in a Grinder until in Powder Form.
- Now add Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black pepper, Ginger Powder and Citric Acid in the Roasted Powder. (Firsty grind Citric Acid if it have any lumps in it).
- Mix Everything together and Chaat Masala is Ready.
- Use it in Chaats, Dahi Phulki and much more.
