  3. Grate the panner,carrot and cabbage. Keep aside. Soak some raisins in water. Chop the cashew nuts and Raisins into small pieces.keep aside.
  4. Take a pan. Put on the flame.Add some butter. Spread a thin layer of daal gently. Let it cook. Put some more butter.flip it over and cook. Then spread panner, carrot and cabbage. Add chaat masala.
