- Take 1 tbsp kasoori methi
- Take 2 tbsp cream or malai
- Take 1/2 cup milk
- Make ready 1 pinch sugar
- Get 4-5 chopped cashew nuts
Steps to make Capsicum Maharaja:
- For stuffing -
- Boiled potatoes and mash it
- Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and chopped green chillies in mashed potatoes and make a paste.
- Cut a slice of capsicum in round shape and remove from inside
- Fill capsicum slices with potato paste and shallow fry all slices
- For gravy
- Heat up the oil and add chopped onion tomato and garlic and green chilli
- When this masala turns golden brown add salt cashwenuts red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and garam masala fry it untill the oil realise.
- Add fresh cream and a pinch of sugar (optional)mix it well
- Add kasoori methi and colour thn milk and keep mix with spoon
- Add some water and cook the gravy for 5 mins
- Turn off the gas
- For plating
- Pour some gravy in a serving plate
- Keep fried capsicum on it
- Pour some gravy on the top of the capsicum
- Add some cream and crushed cashwenuts
- Serve it hot.♥️
