- Sprinkle sea salt over the top of the dough
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven, sprinkle rosemary, turn pan, return to oven for 10 more minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove from rack with flat spatula, cool on rack for 1 hour.
