  4. Now make the besan batter mixing besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder, salt and water as required.
  5. Dip the stuffed capsicum into the besan batter and coat it nicely.
  6. Fry it in hot oil over medium flame.
  7. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and have it with some green chutney.
