Steps to make Beef & Beer Chili:
  1. Use large stew pan.
  2. Heat vegetable oil on medium-high, brown the ground beef, 8-10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add chopped onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce. Cook 3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Cook 5 minutes.
