  3. Add fresh peas & salt. Mix well & cook for few minutes to soften the peas.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, chopped paneer & coriander. Mix properly to make smooth mixture.
  5. Cook for 1-2 mints & switch off the flame.
  6. Take capsicum & chop off the upper head and the inside.
  7. Fill in the freshly made potato mixture into it. Keep aside.
  8. Heat a flat pan & spread oil over it.
  9. Now at low flame roast all the sides of capsicum properly.
  10. Enjoy hot Bharwa Capsicum with chapatis.
