- In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds and garlic and sauté. Add onions and cook till it turns light brown.
- Season with masalas like salt, turmeric, and red chilli and add capsicum cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes without covering. Need to keep capsicum a bit crunchy and not over cooked.
- Add the ground masala and sauté for a minute. Add 3/4 cup of water or more depending on how thick you want the gravy to be. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and garnish with kasuri methi.
