- Dry roast the whole Coriander seeds and crush them. Set aside.
- Saute the onions in oil and add the ginger garlic paste.Add the tomatoes too.
- Add the dry chillies and the turmeric powder.
- Add the red chillies powder, salt and the toasted Dhaniya seeds
- Saute and add the capsicum slices. You can use all 4 colour peppers too.
- Saute.
- Add the cubed Paneer.
- Mix and cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Sprinkle the ginger julliens and the fresh coriander leaves.
