  8. Place the cookies 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Boil 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to the thread stage.
  11. Remove the pan from heat and stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
  12. Glaze your lebkuchins.
