- Take a nonstick pan heat it then add sugar let it caramel add it 8inch cake tin (or you can use any steel container also) spread caramel in the tin
- Let it cool for some time then add egg mixture which we blend cover with aluminum foil
- Take a non-stick pan add some water place a stand in the middle of pan put pudding tin on it cover lid and cook on low flame for 30min.
- After 30min insert toothpick in the middle of pudding if it comes out clear your pudding is ready if not again cook for 10min
- After pudding is complete cook slightly cool down take a plate and flip the tin
- Your pudding comes out easily refrigerator for 2 hours cut into triangle shape or as you wish
- Garnish with cherry or whipping cream
- Serve chill..
