  3. Heat dosa tawa, grease with oil. Wipe out with tissue paper. Pour laddleful of prepared brown rice batter all over on hot tawa. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil. Cook on medium flame. Flip after 2 minutes. Cook for 3-4 mins. Prepared All Ne'er dosa similarly.
