- Cut the dry fruits into small pieces and soak the saffron threads in some warm milk.
- Now boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan.when it boils add ground brown rice.Cook on low flame and keep stirring continuously. No lumps should be there.
- Cook it until rice gets cook completely.
- Now add saffron milk,sugar and some chopped nuts.Cook continuously till the mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder.Mix well.
- Now switch off the flame.Let it cool.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it as your choice.
