  2. Prepare milk

Instructions to make Brown Rice Phirni:
  1. Wash and soak brown rice for 2-3hours. Then drain the water and grind it coarsely. Don't make thin paste.
  2. Cut the dry fruits into small pieces and soak the saffron threads in some warm milk.
  3. Now boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan.when it boils add ground brown rice.Cook on low flame and keep stirring continuously. No lumps should be there.
  4. Cook it until rice gets cook completely.
  5. Now add saffron milk,sugar and some chopped nuts.Cook continuously till the mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder.Mix well.
  6. Now switch off the flame.Let it cool.
  7. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it as your choice.
