- Prepare 20 almonds
- Take 3 cups vegetable stock / water
- Take 2 tbsp butter
- Take 2 tbsp almond flakes

- Soak the almonds in hot water for 20mins,drain and remove the skin.
- Blend the almonds in the mixer till coarse.
- Keep aside.
- Heat butter in deep non-stick pan, add plain flour and sauté on medium flame for 30 seconds. or till it's brown.
- Go on stirring continuously, to avoid lumps.
- Add the almond coarse paste, vegetable stock, salt, mix well and cook on medium flame for 3-4mins, stirring continuously.
- Add fresh cream, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Garnish with almond flakes and serve hot.
